Paleta - Shoulder ham

Paleta is a kind of Iberico shoulder ham.
Smaller in size than Iberico ham but with equally high quality, paletas usually weight around 5 kilograms.
Paletas are made from high quality pork meat and cured by natural processes during a minimum of 22 months.
